Kasumi has spent most of her professional life working in the service sector, which is the best preparation you can get since we believe Japanese service is the best in the world.
Her working carrier started in hotels, before moving on to Thai Airways and, later on, cruise ships. Kasumi has also lived and worked as a teacher in Australia.
This is Kasumi’s home, making her an excellent guide for trips to Tokyo City and around the entire Kanto region where Tokyo is located.
She is a very nice, service-oriented woman who is usually found with a big smile on her face!
If you want to design your own itinerary, Kasumi is happy to put together tours especially for you - just tell her what suits you best. Read more about bespoke tours above.
